August 15th, a day we will never forget!

He is finally here! I think 9 months is just too long but we made it!
Connor Robb Jenson born August 15th, 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 21 inches long.
By far the best nurse ever!
We love you Donna!
I SO love this picture! He looks happy to be here and look at those legs! Straight out, I knew his legs would be that way because my ribs were so sore from those cute legs kicking me.
Some thoughts about being pregnant:
We had a bit of a rough start with being sick only the first trimester but it then went away and had not had any problems with it for the rest of the pregnancy. Food never did get better though, it still didn't taste very good but it at least I wasn't throwing up anymore. Getting fat was probably my least favorite part but totally worth every moment.
On a spiritual side of things; I felt that precious spirit enter by body before that pee test even showed positive. I knew he was coming and I knew it was going to be ok and that he was going to be ok. Brian gave us many blessings along the way and we did it. The thing I miss the most is feeling his spirit in me, it was such a special feeling! There is nothing more wonderful than seeing that sweet baby and know that he is ok and all is well with him and me. My first thought after seeing him for the first time was, "he looks like his dad and that is just what I wanted!" This little boy has brought so much happiness into our life and we love him so much. We knew once we saw him that is was for sure Connor and not Dallin! I love seeing Brian hold him and have this sweet baby look just like him. I feel like the luckiest person in the world to get Connor and to be his parents. Connor we love you and welcome you into this world!
