Bear Lake Summer 2012

 This is a great picture to start off our Bear Lake post with. For July 4th we went to Bear Lake and my parents decided to come visit us. We went for a boat ride and it was my dad's turn to go skiing. We bought this pool floaty to put in the boat for Connor to play in when the boat wasn't moving. So when we started the boat to pull my dad we were all watching something else and the pool flew out of the boat so my dad let go to get it and none of us even noticed. My dad is such a good skier he always gets up and never falls. It took maybe a whole minute for us to even notice. When we did and went back to find him he was just chillin' on the floaty getting a sun tan. WOOPS! :) We all had a good laugh.

 Connor's 1st rodeo and he didn't want to hold still so we gave him some Red Vines and we learned that it probably was not the best idea because he was on a sugar high until midnight and ran in circles until he threw up:) Lesson learned!

Uncle Mike even came up to the lake. He came on the boat to see us do some neat stuff and then he realized we were not that good and he wanted off:)

 This is Willie and he is living with Brian's parents. He left a polygamist colony and has been introduced to a whole new way of life. He is taking it all in but he is up for any challenge! Look at him go!

 Connor is not so sure about this frog in his hand but he certainly isn't afraid of it. We have yet to find something he is scared of.

 Connor really liked riding the horse and Beckham wasn't so sure of it but after they were done they couldn't stop staring at the horses especially when other kids rode them.

PHEW! And that is our Bear Lake summer in a nutshell! We did spend many weekends there and had a blast. As you can see we LOVE boating and we LOVE having Connor around to do all the fun things we enjoy. Summer, we will miss you and will look forward to next summer's adventures!
